REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Skills in electrical, plumbing, air-con & general repair

• Able to work independently & with a team

• Willing to relocate & work in DRT, Bulacan

• Physically fit & capable of manual labor tasks

• Experience in maintenance, preferably in a resort is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance & repair work across the resort property

• Address guest room issues promptly & professionally

• Assist in maintaining resort facilities & equipment in good condition

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks & Inspections

• Support emergency maintenance tasks when needed

• Maintain cleanliness & organization of the maintenance work area
