Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tuguegarao, Philippines to maintain small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs as part of Engineering and Technical Services.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, installations, and energy management to keep systems efficient and compliant with codes. Role involves following defined procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of job‑related experience.
• Possess the ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
