Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Staff to uphold the safety, functionality, and overall condition of warehouse facilities and equipment. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, including repairs to racking systems, roofing, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and basic carpentry and welding.

You will inspect and repair systems, identify hazards, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain clean, safe work areas in compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational course in Engineering, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related role.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair warehouse racking systems to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Identify and repair roofing leaks to prevent water damage and maintain building integrity.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse facilities and equipment.
• Conduct basic welding and metal fabrication for repairs and modifications.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing pipes, valves, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, breakers, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.
• Complete basic carpentry work, such as repairing doors, walls, partitions, shelves, pallets, and wooden structures.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report any structural or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable building standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments regarding maintenance schedules and repair priorities.
