Hello, Powerplant Professionals! We are currently hiring for Maintenance Shift Supervisor!
Oversee the overall maintenance and repair management of power plant equipment, coordinating the daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work of the maintenance team to ensure safe and stable equipment operation;
Strictly implement the photovoltaic power plant maintenance procedures, develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, scheduled maintenance, and ad-hoc repair work to ensure orderly maintenance operations;
Organize maintenance personnel to conduct inspections and upkeep of photovoltaic area equipment, including inverters, combiner boxes, box-type transformers, high and low voltage switchgear, and other electrical equipment – performing checks, defect elimination, and routine maintenance;
Regularly arrange for cleaning and dust removal of solar panels to keep modules clean and improve power generation efficiency;
Conduct regular inspections of high and low voltage lines and equipment, promptly identify and eliminate equipment defects and safety hazards to ensure the safety of lines and equipment;
Participate in and organize major overhauls, technical upgrades, and emergency repairs; compile, archive, and review maintenance records, test reports, and equipment ledgers;
Manage the requisition, acceptance, and inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; oversee warehouse management to ensure timely supply of materials;
Properly and skillfully use all types of maintenance tools and testing instruments, while guiding team members in standardized usage and regular maintenance;
Enforce safety operating procedures, conduct safety briefings and regular safety activities for team members; ensure proper safety protection and clean work practices onsite – completing jobs with materials cleaned up and worksite left orderly;
Compile, review, and fill in daily and monthly reports, ensuring the accuracy of all data;
Oversee fire prevention and theft prevention measures at the power plant to ensure safe and stable station operations;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
College degree or above, major in Electric Power, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Integration, Automation, or related fields;
At least 4 years of experience in power plant maintenance or repair work; experience in photovoltaic power plants, wind farms, or substations is preferred; at least 1 year of team management or shift lead experience is preferred;
Holders of High Voltage Electrician Certificate, Low Voltage Electrician Certificate, High-altitude Work Certificate, Welding Certificate, and/or Driver's License are preferred;
Strong hands‑on ability and fault analysis/troubleshooting skills; familiar with primary and secondary electrical system principles; capable of independently organizing and guiding fault diagnosis and repair work;
Possess certain team management skills, able to coordinate maintenance tasks and allocate personnel effectively;
Proficient in Microsoft Office software; able to independently prepare and review maintenance reports, equipment ledgers, and various production reports;
Basic English communication skills; able to understand equipment technical documents and operation manuals in English; adaptable to an international working environment;
Good health, able to work outdoors and at heights; willing to accept work assignments and overseas project postings as required by the company.
