As Maintenance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our power plants run safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You’ll lead maintenance strategy, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of energy delivery across the globe.
Wärtsilä is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage assigned maintenance responsibilities in accordance with Wärtsilä Services guidelines, the Project & Contract Management process, and general management practices in a safe and cost-effective manner to exceed customer expectations. This role involves implementing preventive and corrective actions as necessary.
