Job summary

Molex in the Philippines is seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer in Mabalacat City, Pampanga to oversee equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment. You will serve as the primary technical authority for preventive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of complex equipment issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering (CoE), or Mechanical Engineering (ME).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting injection molding, soldering, and crimping equipment.
• Experience with structured maintenance systems and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment maintenance operations in support of the manufacturing environment.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for preventive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of complex equipment issues.
• Drive equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
