Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Registered Electrical Engineer to step into the role of Maintenance Supervisor for our farm and plant operations in Tarlac City.

You will oversee maintenance of all farm machinery, ensure equipment is safe and reliable, schedule preventive maintenance, train staff, and enforce SOPs while preserving inventory and submitting reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good leadership qualities and a team player.
• At least 1 year of experience in Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the farm and plant.
• Ensure all machines and equipment are in good condition and operational.
• Ensure all Job Orders are satisfied.
• Keep equipment in safe working order and comply with SOPs.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work according to forecasted workloads.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of parts and tools.
• Submit reports on incidents, parts needs, and troubleshooting achievements.
• Coordinate safety inspections and operator orientation for machines.
• Train maintenance personnel and supervise the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

• To oversee maintenance operations of the whole farm.

• To ensure that all machines and equipment are in good condition and operational based on its recommended use.

• To ensure that all given Job Orders are satisfied.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep related equipment and machines always in good condition through technical knowledge and applications.

• Inspect areas regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance and as well as for safety inspections.

• Oversee the maintenance operations according to the Company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads and implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan.

• Explore more about machines, which regards the safety of the machine / equipment as well as the operator / user, accessibility and management, quickest and simplest approach when it comes to troubleshooting, and proper orientation to all users for the usage.

• Design and create simple machines / mechanisms that will help to simplify other related works with the machine.

• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.

• Submit reports to the officer concerned with unnecessary incidents, spare parts needed and troubleshooting accomplishment.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices at the working area.

• Supervise and train maintenance personnel.

• Perform other duties assigned as need arises.
