Job summary

Flexible Packaging Products Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a production assistant/operator to support machine setup and production runs. You will help ensure materials are loaded correctly, attach film rolls to unwinders, and maintain cleanliness in work areas.

Requirements: high school graduate or two-year vocational course and at least 1 year of experience. Schedule is 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week with Sundays off.

• At least 1 year experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of quality objectives.
• Sets up the machine for production run.
• Loads and unloads materials for proofing and actual production run.
• Attaches each film roll to the unwinder.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in work areas, including assigned machines, materials, and other tools.
• Performs duties in accordance with Work Instructions and SOP.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sets up of the machine for production run.
• Sees to it that materials are properly loaded and unloaded for proofing and actual production run.
• Sees to it that each film roll is properly attached to the unwinder.
• Helps in maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas, including assigned machines, materials, and other tools being used.
• Performs everyday duties while ensuring compliance to the existing Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedure.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate/Two-Year Vocational Course
• 1 year minimum experience in the particular field

Promotion to a permanent employee

6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Shifting)

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Sunday is designated rest day (not fixed)

• 16 days Vacation / 16 Sick Leave with pay (upon completion of 1 year tenure from Probationary employment)
