Job Description

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and monitor proper operation of compressors, chillers, cold storage systems, ice machines, and HVAC units.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, including calibration and testing.
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and complies with internal standards and government regulations (GMP, HACCP, DOLE, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emergency repairs.
• Follow all safety protocols and actively contribute to a safe working environment.
• College Graduate or Vocational.
• More on experience when it comes to Food Industry
