Job summary

ChildFund Philippines Inc is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer I to lead the design and implementation of the project’s M&E framework. You will ensure data quality and timely reporting to support adaptive management and accountability.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field, plus 3+ years in M&E for development or health projects. Hybrid work arrangement in Pasig City with responsibilities across data collection,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in M&E for development or health projects.
• Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Proficiency with M&E software and data visualization tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project’s results framework and develop M&E tools for data collection.
• Train project staff and partners on M&E tools and processes.
• Oversee data collection, ensure data quality, and enter data into the project database.
• Lead analysis of project data against performance indicators.
• Prepare M&E sections of progress reports for UNICEF and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight for the project’s baseline assessment.
