Identify and assess investment and M&A opportunities across renewable energy projects and platforms.
Build and maintain robust financial models (project finance, valuation, and scenario analysis).
Support end-to-end deal execution, including origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence (financial, commercial, legal, and technical).
Assist in structuring project financing (debt and equity) in coordination with lenders and investors.
Prepare investment papers, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and management.
Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, financial) across multiple jurisdictions.
Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Must have 3–6 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, financial advisory, or project finance.
Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and project finance structures.
Experience working in financial advisory firms or banks is highly preferred.
