• Provide expert advice on collections with in-depth product knowledge and storytelling.
• Maximise sales through client engagement, upselling and tailored service.
• Foster long-term client relationships via clienteling and follow-up.
• Assist in boutique operations including stock management, visual merchandising and orders.
• Maintain boutique presentation and uphold brand standards.
