Job summary

Karamar Corporation is seeking a results-driven retail associate for our Makati kiosks. You will greet customers, promote new products, and turn walk-ins into sales while handling POS transactions in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

You should keep the kiosk neat, maintain product knowledge, update client records for marketing, and create attractive displays. In-person, full-time role with opportunities for permanence and participation in company events.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Ability to operate a POS and process payments.
• Experience in luxury retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kiosk neat and organized following company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and share updates on new products, promos, and collections to boost sales.
• Maintain an updated client database for marketing and follow-ups.
• Create eye-catching displays and ensure fixtures are clean and presentable.
• Safeguard merchandise against fraud or suspicious activities.
• Turn walk-ins and inquiries into actual sales and process payments via POS.
• Record daily sales transactions accurately in the system.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently advise and recommend to clients.
