Job summary

KitchenCare Consultancy Phils Inc. is seeking a professional and reliable Driver to safely transport hotel guests, employees, and items while maintaining excellent vehicle condition and hotel safety standards.

You will pick up and drop off guests at airports, manage luggage, and coordinate with hotel departments. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver's License appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Previous experience as a hotel, resort, company, or private driver is preferred.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Familiar with local roads, routes, and major destinations.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Able to assist with luggage and other reasonable duties.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, employees, documents, supplies, and other authorized items as assigned.
• Provide professional, courteous, and welcoming service to hotel guests.
• Pick up and drop off guests at airports, terminals, restaurants, tours, and other designated locations.
• Conduct regular inspection of assigned vehicles before and after each trip.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper presentation of the vehicle at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and road safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, fuel records, and other required documentation.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure their belongings are handled carefully.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments regarding transportation requests.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns immediately.
• Monitor vehicle fuel levels and coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Assist with errands, deliveries, and other transportation-related tasks when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with hotel guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
