Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited in Manila seeks a Receptionist, Front Office to deliver premium guest service during check-in and check-out at City of Dreams Manila.

You will maintain knowledge of hotel services, handle payments, upsell rooms and transportation, and ensure VIP guest handling while staying courteous and professional.

The role requires 1 year of luxury hotel receptionist experience and proficiency with OPERA PMS, Excel, and Word; college graduate preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year receptionist experience in a 5 star luxury hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of OPERA (PMS), Excel and Word.
• College graduate or equivalent professional training.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out using established procedures and allocate rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and process payments with accuracy.
• Upsell rooms, hotel limo and transportation services when appropriate.
• Provide timely information on hotel services, events and facilities.
• Maintain guest information confidentiality and security.
