Qualifications

• Passion in fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in sales.
• Customer-oriented and strong strive to achieve sales.

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need and request, providing an excellence service.
• Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances.
• Be driven to exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
• Demonstrate an excellence knowledge of Prada products, history, culture and DNA.
• Capture Customer data into the CRM to build lasting relationships and future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
