Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate for the Price and Performance Lipper team based in Manila. You will act as SME for Luxembourg data, oversee data governance, and collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations to improve data integrity and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Luxembourg data and guide on mutual fund structures and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain governance and data integrity of Luxembourg coverage; lead periodic reviews.
• Provide expert support for complex Luxembourg data issues and client queries.
• Represent Luxembourg function in internal reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution for European Lipper Fund Awards reviews.
• Create and deliver training materials and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Analyze workflows to identify improvements; partner with Product, Tech, and Operations.
• Maintain and supervise automation tools and workflows for stability and reliability.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and lead corrective actions for data discrepancies.
• Track and report KPIs related to accuracy, efficiency, and data quality.
• Support acquisition, validation, calculation, maintenance, and QA of Lipper service results.
