Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound inventory transactions to ensure real-time visibility.
• Process approved Sales Orders (SOs) in NetSuite and ensure proper documentation before release.
• Cross-check pending and incoming orders to confirm product availability and correct quantities.
• Arrange and store products according to SKU and established storage schemes.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances between physical and recorded stock.
• Record all inventory movements in shared templates or systems.
• Prepare and organize releasing documents such as Picking Lists, Delivery Receipts (DRs), and MRIFs.
• Ensure deliveries are confirmed by customers with acknowledged DRs from delivery teams.
• Use digital tools to track approved requests and monitor unlifted orders.
• Suggest enhancements for product insurance and inventory systems.
