Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a LPG Terminal Maintenance and Operator to ensure high equipment availability and reliable terminal operations in Bangar, La Union. The role involves maintenance planning, calibration, and adherence to safety standards to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance across all terminal equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain detailed equipment records for uninterrupted LPG supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Willing to be assigned in Bangar, La Union.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vessel receiving for LPG tank replenishment.
• Perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance on terminal equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues and repair breakdowns promptly.
• Conduct repairs and equipment replacement per approved procedures.
• Maintain equipment to prevent delays or disruptions to terminal operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and condition monitoring of all equipment.
• Ensure measuring, monitoring and control equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure maintenance complies with engineering standards and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain updated equipment drawings, manuals and maintenance procedures.

What is this role about?

The role is responsible for ensuring high equipment availability and reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and supporting safe and uninterrupted LPG terminal operations.

What will YOU do?

• Assist in vessel receiving for the replenishment of the LPG tanks
• Perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operability of all terminal equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control system problems and timely repair all breakdowns
• Conduct repairs and equipment replacement in accordance with approved procedures
• Maintain all equipment to ensure no delays or disruption to terminal operations
• Conduct routine inspection and condition monitoring to all equipment
• Ensure all measuring, monitoring, and control equipment are properly & timely calibrated and maintained within accuracy limits
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with applicable engineering standards and manufacturer requirements
• Maintain updated equipment records drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures

What will YOU need?

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering, Industrial Technology (Major in Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, Electromecanical, etc.), and Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
