Job summary

Powerserve in the Philippines is seeking an LPG Tank Refiller to safely and accurately refill LPG cylinders. You will inspect tanks, operate refilling equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include weighing, sealing and labeling filled cylinders, maintaining records, and keeping the work area hazard-free while following PPE and safety protocols. Prior LPG refilling experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in LPG refilling is an advantage.
• Physically able to lift heavy cylinders.
• Familiarity with safety procedures preferred.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Refill LPG cylinders following proper weight, pressure, and safety standards.
• Operate LPG refilling equipment such as pumps, valves, and weighing scales.
• Inspect cylinders for leaks, rust, dents, or defects before and after refilling.
• Conduct leak testing using approved methods.
• Ensure correct sealing and labeling of filled cylinders.
• Maintain accurate records of filled tanks and inventory.
• Keep the refilling area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (gloves, safety shoes, etc.).
• Report defective cylinders, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediately.
• Assist in loading and unloading LPG tanks if needed.
