Qualifications

• Knowledge of LPG safety standards and filling protocols.
• Ability to operate filling equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy LPG cylinders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe filling of LPG cylinders and canisters with correct weight, pressure, and volume.
• Inspect cylinders and canisters for damage or defects before and after filling.
• Perform leak detection tests to ensure containers are leak-free and safe for distribution.
• Conduct quality checks on filled units for weight, sealing, and crimping.
• Operate filling equipment to support continuous and accurate operations.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory tracking and quality control.
• Report defects or safety concerns for immediate action.
• Support safety and technical training and other departmental tasks.
