Job summary

Mindbridge Resources Corp. is seeking an Inventory Controller to supervise stock levels, monitor LPG cylinders, and ensure accurate recording of all inbound and outbound items.

The ideal candidate has a business-related degree, practical inventory experience, and meticulous attention to detail. You must be able to work independently in a plant environment and coordinate closely with warehousing and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related course.
• Experience in inventory control, plant operations, warehousing, logistics, LPG, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory recording, documentation, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, observant, disciplined, and accountable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a plant/operational environment.
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle – an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing inventories
• Conduct actual counts of LPG, cylinders, seals, and other inventoriable items
• Inspect returning and outgoing plant vehicles and monitor customer backloads
• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and reports
• Conduct scheduled showroom and franchise inventory/compliance visits
• Identify and report shortages, losses, damages, discrepancies, suspicious activities, and non-compliance
• Perform regular storage readings, pipeline bubble tests, and LPG buffer counts
• Assist with other inventory, accounts receivable, and internal audit-related tasks
