You will safely deliver LPG cylinders by motorcycle, conduct safety checks, perform basic regulator installations, and verify customer payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Customer service is key: you will guide customers on safe LPG use, respond to inquiries, and help maintain smooth, timely deliveries that support overall productivity and safety across our distribution

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver LPG cylinders to customers by motorcycle following safety guidelines.
• Collect payments for LPG products and remit to the store.
• Verify payments made via Gcash and other online platforms after each delivery.
• Perform basic installations, such as attaching regulators and ensuring burner functionality.
• Inspect LPG equipment for safety and compliance (hoses, regulators, burners).
• Ensure deliveries are on time and compliant with safety standards.
• Provide customers with guidance on safe LPG usage and maintenance.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and address inquiries about delivery, installation or use of LPG products.
• Ensure delivery process is efficient and supports productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company procedures including safety protocols, payment processing, and reporting.

What is this role about?

The role is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, installation, and maintenance of LPG products and equipment to customers. This includes ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, conducting safety checks on LPG equipment, performing basic installations like attaching regulators, and verifying payments for purchased LPG products. The role also involves providing customer support and ensuring that all work complies with safety standards to maintain functionality and customer satisfaction.

What will YOU do?

• Safely deliver LPG cylinders to customers via motorcycle, adhering to all safety guidelines and delivery protocols
• Collect payments for LPG products from customers and remit the payments to the store according to company procedures
• Ensure to confirm and verify payments made through Gcash and other online platforms after each delivery, ensuring accuracy and proper transaction processing
• Perform basic installations, such as attaching regulators to SEAGAS LPG cylinders and ensuring proper burner functionality after installation
• Inspect customers' LPG equipment, including hoses, regulators, and burners, to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards
• Ensure deliveries are made on time and in compliance with the company's operational and safety standards
• Provide customers with guidance on the safe usage and maintenance of LPG equipment during and after installation
• Maintain positive customer interactions, addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding the delivery, installation, or use of LPG products
• Ensure the delivery process is carried out efficiently, contributing to overall company productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure to follow all company procedures, including safety protocols, payment processing, and reporting to support smooth and compliant operations

What will YOU need?

• At least high school graduate
• With valid driver's license(motorcycle)
