Job description

We are seeking a data-driven and customer-obsessed Loyalty Program Manager to lead the strategy, optimization, and growth of our Karma and Luck Rewards program. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our loyalty initiatives using Yotpo to increase customer retention, lifetime value, and brand advocacy. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the Karma and Luck Loyalty Program using Yotpo.
  • Design, manage, and continuously optimize customer loyalty journeys to drive engagement, repeat purchase rate, and LTV.
  • Analyze program performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the creative, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all loyalty touchpoints.
  • Create and manage campaigns, promotions, and tiered benefits that align with our brand values and customer lifecycle.
  • Work with Yotpo to leverage new features, integrations, and beta opportunities to enhance the loyalty experience.
  • Monitor industry trends, benchmarks, and competitors to keep Karma and Luck’s loyalty program innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the email/SMS team to develop personalized communication strategies to drive loyalty awareness and participation.
  • Champion customer feedback loops to evolve the program based on user needs and expectations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer retention—DTC eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing loyalty programs on Yotpo (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of brand tone and customer motivations.
  • Passion for wellness, intentional living, and Karma and Luck’s mission is a plus.
