Job summary

Infinitecare Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator to optimize inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory movements, and documentation.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate material flow, and maintain stock accuracy through counts and audits. 1 year of logistics experience is desirable; a business-related degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or SCM/logistics.
• 1 year logistics/warehousing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with import procedures and customs documentation is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and logistics activities for timely movement of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and internal departments to support procurement and shipping.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse Officer in Cagayan de Oro on inventory movements and schedules.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials per PO and delivery documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and support counts, reconciliation, and warehouse audits.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents including receipts, invoices, and inventory records.
• Track shipments and provide status updates; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and dispatch to prevent damage.
• Assist in planning, process improvements, and monitoring third-party logistics performance.
• Perform other logistics duties as assigned.
