MEGACITY GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Staff to join the Logistics team in Makati.

This probationary role supports scheduling deliveries, processing logistics documents, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. You'll encode transactions, prepare TRS/DRs, monitor vehicle schedules, and assist in inventory counts while coordinating with drivers and project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting/ BSBA major in Financial Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics Engineer in scheduling and documenting deliveries, pick-ups, pull-outs, and transfers of materials, equipment, and tools.
• Encode logistics transactions, trip schedules, and warehouse records in the company system.
• Prepare and process logistics billings and associated documents (TRS, DR, Gate Passes).
• Monitor delivery status, dispatches, and vehicle schedules and provide updates to the Logistics Engineer.
• Receive, record, and file delivery documents with complete supporting documents.
• Encode warehouse receipts, issuances, transfers, and inventory movements in the inventory system.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel, project sites, and other departments regarding document requirements and transaction status.
