Job Description

The role involves updating and submitting the Daily Activity Report to relevant departments, monitoring document returns post-trip for billing and other purposes, and providing document monitoring reports to credit & collection and operations teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory of medicines and HR forms, coordinating billing, cost accrual, and petty cash issues, and handling cost accruals related to operations.

The position also requires managing petty cash funds, checking supplier billing, preparing payment requests for approval, and monitoring the status and location of vans nationwide.

Additional duties include preparing daily van inventory reports, monthly reports on van utilization, inventory, and repositioning, as well as other reports as directed by the immediate superior. Coordination with relevant departments on van inventory and movements, providing alerts on overstaying equipment, and ensuring smooth communication are essential.
