Lubricants Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain: Accountable for supporting the Business to timely deliver the distribution implementation plan in Philippines, within the assigned budget
- Manage logistics functions including shipping coordination, customs compliance, freight negotiations
- Accountable for resource planning, procurement of product and inventory management to reduce SLOB
- Responsible for supporting inventory management, product blending, freight optimization, product quality management and supply chain issue resolution
- Develop and implement pragmatic procurement strategies and tactics based on regularly updated cost models, business requirements and supplier industry analyses
- Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to align with customer requirements
- Oversee and monitor trade promotion schemes along with the sales team
- Provide inventory reports MIS on a weekly/monthly basis for country head
- Ability to multitask and manage complex delivery schedules; collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure operations meet quality and safety standards
- As part of sustainability, take responsibility for reverse logistics such as return of reusable pallets, collection of packaging for recycling, and return of rejected or damaged goods
- Focus on continuous improvement (cost, process, controls) and measure effectiveness annually; maintain proper documentation as per country guidelines and streamline vendor evaluation
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Develop and oversee receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of lubricant products
- Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems; conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits; resolve discrepancies; optimize space utilization with proper labeling
- Analyze data and create reports for supply chain, logistics and warehouse activities
- Support vendor meetings and negotiations for warehouse, blending plant, packaging, loading & freight agents
- Monthly/Quarterly reviews of volume, product mix and margins of distributors; process orders and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Drive operational and process efficiencies in the respective warehouse
- Optimize transportation costs and delivery schedules while ensuring safety and environmental compliance
- Manage inbound and outbound transportation, including coordination with freight providers, customs agents, and distributors
- Analyze processes for cost savings, automation, and efficiency gains
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and conduct safety audits

- 5-10 years of professional experience in Lubricant industry
- English proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Strong understanding of lube sector processes
