About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing coffee roasting and manufacturing business supplyingprivate-label coffee to major US retailers and businesses, including large convenience,restaurant and retail chains.
With significant growth comes an increasing volume of shipments and logistics activity. Thecompany is looking for a proactive Logistics & Routing Coordinator to help ensure orders aredelivered on time and any issues are quickly resolved.

The Role
You will work closely with the Operations and Customer Support teams, coordinating freight and communicating with carriers to ensure shipments are progressing as expected.
This is a high-touch coordination role where responsiveness, organisation and follow-throughare essential.
You will take ownership of logistics issues, communicate updates internally and work directlywith carriers to resolve delays, appointment issues and other freight-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor freight shipments
• Communicate with multiple carriers regarding deliveries and shipments
• Follow up on shipment status and delivery schedules

• Resolve appointment and routing issues with carriers
• Obtain and communicate updates on shipments

• Communicate primarily via email, with phone and Microsoft Teams as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, freight, transportation, dispatch or operations coordination
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable communicating with multiple carriers and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using email, Microsoft Teams and standard office software

You should be highly responsive, organised and persistent when following up on issues. If ashipment is delayed or something goes wrong, you'll be the person who takes ownership, findsout what happened, communicates the update and keeps pushing until the issue is resolved.

The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, detail-oriented and proactive, with
excellent follow-through.

You don't need to be an expert in a specific logistics platform — what matters most is your abilityto coordinate, communicate and solve problems effectively.
