Job summary

Bestank Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented team player to handle receipt inspection, quantity checks, and item tagging for warehouse records in Davao City. You will verify documents, coordinate transfers, and assist in monthly KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

The role requires basic computer skills, teamwork, and the ability to apply fractions and percentages to receive goods correctly.

Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate of any business course.
• Coordination to other Department
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations and proportions.
• Basic Knowledge of various computer programs, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, and other related software programs.
• Team work

Responsibilities

• Receives and inspects all incoming goods with acceptable quality, correct quantity/descriptions and proper documents.
• Counts, sorts, or measures incoming goods to verify receipts of items against shipping notice.
• Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received for conformity to delivery receipts and specifications.
• Prepares list of defect items, recommends survey of defectives or unusable items and submits disposal recommendations to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Perform NAV task. Posting of RR of incoming local/imported items, and printing RR for warehouse
• Coordinate transfer to Warehouses. Release items based on RR or TO for Pull-out and undelivered
• Assist Logistics Supervisor in preparation of report for KPI every month
• Receives, stores, tags, and tracks pull out items for proper receipts and conditioning.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Supervisor.
