Job summary

PivotLink Logistics in Bulacan is seeking a Quality Control (QC) staff member to monitor operations, conduct audits of branch and hub activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel for audits. On-site work, no prior experience required, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, courier services, or QA.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and audits.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel for audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of branch and hub operations to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor parcel handling, sorting, dispatching, and delivery processes to maintain service quality standards.
• Investigate incidents involving lost, damaged, delayed, or misrouted parcels and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality control reports.
• Coordinate with branch personnel and operations teams regarding quality-related concerns and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure proper scanning and tracking procedures are followed throughout the parcel movement process.
• Monitor customer complaints related to operational errors and assist in resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures to reduce service failures.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management related to quality assurance and process improvement.
