Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee dispatch operations, optimize truck utilization, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding road safety standards.

You will monitor IVMS data, track fleet availability and TAT, flag delivery risks, and work with transporters and sites to drive continuous improvements. A degree in business or engineering and at least two years in customer services are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in customer services roles.
• Exposure to transport and cargo handling, geography, port/customer operations, safety and security, and basic administration/economics.
• Knowledge of plant operations and SAP program operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors driver behavior with IVMS and generates safety compliance data; coordinates with transporter management and site operations to address infractions.
• Tracks daily fleet availability, turn-around times, and trip distances; validates delays and bottlenecks to maximize fleet productivity.
• Oversees real-time delivery progress against plans; flags risks and coordinates with transporters and sites to mitigate delays.
• Governs accuracy of logistics dashboards and YIGO timestamps; reconciles data, troubleshoots IT issues, and translates analytics into process improvements.
