Responsibilities

• Shadow supervisors to learn daily courier operations.
• Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes.
• Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance.
• Manage rider equipment and inventory.
• Prepare basic operational reports and present findings.
