Qualifications

• Candidate should be between 26-35 years old.

• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be output-oriented.
• Can work under minimal supervision and pressure.
• Must have own motorcycle with updated registration.
• Must have at least a Non-Pro or Pro driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shadow supervisors to learn daily courier operations and rider support.
• Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes.
• Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance.
• Learn to manage rider equipment and inventory.
• Prepare basic operational reports and present findings.
