Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to plan and coordinate the delivery and pick-up for B2B and B2C channels, ensuring efficient routing and on-time execution across multiple suppliers, clients, and distributors. You will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, liaise with 3PLs, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements while complying with regulations.

A Bachelors in SCM or related field and 3–4 years of experience are required; a valid B2 license is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or at least College Level with relevant logistics experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics management or coordination
• Pro/Non-Pro B2 License (valid at least 3 years)
• Can drive both manual and automatic transmission cars/utility vans.
• Familiarity with major roads or national highways
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent time-management skills; proficient in MS Office, data analysis, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the optimal routing of delivery and pick-up for B2B and B2C logistics to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee the entire logistics operations for two business models, ensuring routes and schedules are followed.
• Serve as main communication point among enable team, suppliers, clients, distributors and customers to resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare reports of delivery and pick-up and support process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Corporate, Distribution, Brand Marketing, Procurement, Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Inventory teams.
• Act as liaison between department and 3PL providers for seamless coordination and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and develop optimization strategies.
• Support ad hoc logistics tasks and urgent operational issues.
