We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist with logistics and light administrative tasks. This role involves physical work such as transporting items, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Handle the delivery and internal movement of office supplies, packages, and equipment.
Load, unload, and carry items between departments or locations as required.
Coordinate with couriers and delivery personnel for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure safe handling and transport of materials.
Monitor and check office and pantry supply levels regularly.
Record and track inventory items and initiate restock requests when supplies are low.
Organize storage spaces to ensure easy access and proper labeling.
Assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
Support basic office administrative work such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist in preparing simple reports related to inventory and logistics.
Liaise with vendors for supply deliveries and maintain basic records of purchases.
Prior experience in logistics or inventory handling is a plus.
Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate to heavy items.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is an advantage.
Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
Mostly onsite with physical activity.
Occasional light clerical work in an office setting.
