Responsabilités

• Verify client information, account details, and payment arrangements.
• Handle collection, pickup, and delivery of documents and payments.
• Provide support as a back-up driver for logistics and delivery operations.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and collections.
• Maintain records of collection activities and payments.
• Report collection status to management.
• Contact debtors regarding overdue accounts professionally.
• Assist with admin and operational tasks.
• Run errands, document handling, and deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
