Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Logistics Driver/Coordinator in the Philippines to centralize logistics execution and support document submissions. You will provide safe transportation for personnel and visitors, maintaining logs for reliable end-to-end service delivery.

This full-time hybrid role requires a valid PH driver’s license, route knowledge, strong time management, and good communication with external agencies. Prior liaison/logistics experience is a plus, with basic computer skills valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Philippine driver license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Pampanga, NCR, and key routes as required by business needs.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor when coordinating with external agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with private and government agencies for document submissions and maintain submission logs.
• Provide safe transportation for company personnel and visitors as requested, following traffic and safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, basic upkeep checks, and coordinate maintenance scheduling as needed.
• Execute courier coordination, pickups, and deliveries for documents, equipment, and materials, with tracking and status updates.
• Support logistics for onboarding and offboarding asset movement by coordinating pickup and delivery schedules.
• Support general errands and administrative runs as assigned with proper documentation
