Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm with a Philippines presence, is seeking a reliable driver to support logistics and personnel transport across Pampanga, NCR, and adjacent routes.

You will coordinate documents with agencies, ensure vehicle upkeep, and assist with courier tasks and onboarding/offboarding asset movement. A professional demeanor and strong time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor when coordinating with external agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with private and government agencies for document submissions and maintain submission logs.
• Provide safe transportation for company personnel and visitors, following traffic and safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, basic upkeep checks, and coordinate maintenance scheduling as needed.
• Execute courier coordination, pickups, and deliveries for documents, equipment, and materials, with tracking and status updates.
• Support logistics for onboarding and offboarding asset movement by coordinating pickup and delivery schedules.
• Support general errands and administrative runs as assigned with proper documentation
