• Develop a deep understanding of assigned Logistics Service Providers and Client processes.
• Provide quality Duplicate, Compliance, and Service Audit analysis.
• Accountable for timely delivery of analysis and reports.
• Schedule meetings/calls for issue resolution.
• Proactively identify risks or process gaps.
