Job Objective
To ensure accurate, timely, and safe dispatch and receipt of hydroponically produced and drip-irrigated vegetables through strict compliance with standard logistics procedures, proper documentation, and real-time coordination with warehouse, transport providers, and sales team.
Work and professional experience required
- Preferably with 1-2 experience in logistics, dispatch, or inventory in FMCG industry. Fresh produce or in agricultural setting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cold chain handling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of proper loading/unloading practices for perishable goods is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities/ Duties
- Check accuracy of items for dispatch against picking list and delivery instructions.
- Verify quality, quantity, and condition of produce during loading and unloading.
- Ensure all products are packed and handled according to cold chain standards.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery receipts, and inspection logs.
- Coordinate with 3PL truck drivers and internal transport team to validate temperature requirements and loading plans.
- Monitor loading sequence based on delivery schedule and customer drop-off points.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or delays immediately to supervisors.
- Assist in stock movement documentation from packhouse to staging or loading areas.
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness of dispatch and receiving zones.
- Assist in implementation of food safety and traceability procedures.
What Skills or required certifications or licenses are needed?
- Certification in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) or Basic Food Safety (optional but a plus).
- Basic knowledge of inventory documentation and dispatch logs.
- Understanding of food handling safety protocols.
- Must be able to read and follow dispatch documents and customer orders accurately.
Educational Background required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
