Your Role:

As a Logistics ASN Coordinator, you will:

• Own the ASN approval process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and clear ahead of arranging shipments.

• Work in partnership with the production team to ensure all data in NetSuite is up to date.

• Support the team with managing logistics of Third-Party Partner and Vendor shipments.

• Assist with managing bulk production receiving process, verifying counts, coordinating delivery of production fit approvals, and QC findings.

• Assist with issuing and documenting credit memos and chargebacks.

• Assist with verifying and submitting vendor shipping documents to the Accounting Dept on all production shipments for on-time payment to vendors (Packets / Uploads).

• Perform receiving functions and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:

• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, co-workers, and other personnel.

• Able to follow set procedures and help identify improvements/gaps.

• Ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving a sense of urgency.

• ERP – NetSuite/WMS/Shopify/ShipStation experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with FedEx Manager.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where managing multiple tasks is essential.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with HTS codes and Automated Customs Environment (ACE), AES filing requirements is a plus.

• Flexible, highly organized, and a team player.

• Entry-level Excel skills preferred.
