Job summary

Edisons Group of Companies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a logistics administrator to support distribution operations through coordination, warehouse liaison, and order management across departments and external partners.

Key duties include liaising with the warehouse for packing and inventory, coordinating daily logistics, and ensuring orders and documents are posted and filed efficiently. The role requires at least 1 year in warehouse/logistics, a working knowledge of Warehouse Management

Qualifications

• Preferably with Logistics/Warehouse/Transportation-related qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Good working experience in Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Perform general admin duties
• Liaise with the warehouse team for packing, inventory and other warehouse related matters
• Coordinate with various departments to support daily logistics and distribution operations
• Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties pertaining to incoming and outgoing shipments/orders
• Ensure orders and documents are efficiently posted and filed
• Other duties as assigned
