Job summary

ADM in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end shipping, delivery, and warehouse operations. You will manage inbound/outbound processes, route planning, and inventory accuracy while coordinating with sales and operations to meet service levels and targets.

You will ensure compliance with quality standards, maintain performance metrics, and contribute to customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient logistics execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision or Dynamics) is required.
• Strong accuracy, completeness and customer service focus.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipping and delivery of materials and manages loading of trucks.
• Establishes delivery routes and unloading of materials.
• Manages inventory and maintains communications with suppliers, warehouses, and others involved.
• Manages outbound logistics to meet service levels.
• Collaborates with Sales and Operations to balance supply and demand and FG inventory levels.
• Oversees warehouse operations and ensures space is used efficiently per quality standards.
• Maintains FG Warehouse inventory accuracy through control processes.
• Ensures material transaction compliance with system transactions.
• Develops and reports monthly logistics spend and KPI metrics.
• Optimizes distribution from origin to destination for availability and on-time delivery.
• Manages dispatch and delivery operations to meet customer requirements.
• Supports growth by providing excellent service.
