Job summary

Cabalen Group is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to strengthen brand presence across assigned brands in the Philippines. You will build relationships with media influencers and stakeholders to raise awareness and support content initiatives.

You will manage content calendars, develop branding guidelines, and monitor post-sale customer care experiences, ensuring alignment with the digital playbook and CSR collaboration for brand reservations and complaints.

• Create and execute content marketing prepare the content calendar for the brand assigned.
• Develop and oversee the branding guideline of the assigned brands if being followed or correctly executed.
• Track the customer care after sales experience of the assigned brands.
• Work closely with the CSR who is handling the brand reservation and complaints and make sure they follow the digital playbook guideline.
