About the role

This is a full-time Local Project Manager position at CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.' based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. As the Local Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the Healthcare & Medical industry, specifically in the Psychology, Counselling & Social Work sub-sector.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, coordination and execution of local projects from start to finish

• Liaise with stakeholders, such as clients, contractors and internal teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the wider team

• Identify and resolve any issues or risks that arise during project delivery

• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and comply with relevant regulations

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Construction industry

• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Proficient in using project management software and tools

• A collaborative and adaptable approach to working in a team environment

• Knowledgeable in all aspects and stages of construction particularly in project execution and and implementation

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Preferred but not required to have PRC License as Registered Civil Engineer or Architect
