Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• 3–5 years in IT/telecommunications/UC/CC service with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technical process workflows and customer impact.
• Familiar with basic telecom terms and infrastructure.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Local Number Portability (LNP) team to improve and maintain KPI/SLAs.
• Subject Matter Expert on LNP process, rules and regulations; escalation point.
• Partner with stakeholders to maximize revenue and drive customer experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to standardize best practices and optimize workflow.
• Plan, evaluate, implement and drive goals by hiring and retaining talent.
• Encourage and coach teams per internal quality program.
• Stay informed of new products and train agents accordingly.
