Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Lending Center/Business Lending Unit Officer to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires managing loan applications, releasing proceeds, updating CIFs, handling inquiries, and producing daily/month-end reports.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or related field and strong attention to detail to support branch operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications with accuracy and completeness; balance end-of-day branch transactions; safeguard loan documents.
• Receive and process all loan applications; submit for approval to Junior Loan Committee.
• Oversee release of loan proceeds to borrowers.
• Create and update the CIF for all borrowers.
• Respond to inquiries on loan status and requirements.
• Generate reports and balance daily and month-end transactions.
• Prepare related accounting tickets for daily transactions.
• Maintain records, filing, and safekeeping of loan reports and tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leaders.

Responsible for the overall service and operational efficiency and quality assurance of assigned lending center / business lending unit. He/she shall see to it that the required turn-around-time, company policy, operational controls and regulatory compliance are met at the highest level.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness of loan application requirements, balancing end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receives and process all loan application submits loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds of borrowers
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers
• Receives and answers inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day’s transaction
• Handles record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders
