Job summary

Peer Wealth is seeking a Loan Processor to manage loan file preparation and submission to lenders, ensuring all documents and signatures are in order before submission. The role involves researching bank policies, verifying PAYG and self-employed income documents, and communicating with lenders and contacts.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of Australian mortgage broker support experience, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities to maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Completed 4 years in college (any course).
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting an Australian Mortgage Broker.
• Ability to understand and analyse PAYG, self-employed income documents (e.g. payslips, tax returns, and profit & loss statements).
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Mathematical competence.
• Positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is advantageous (but not required).
