Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to oversee the service and operational efficiency of the lending unit in the Philippines. The role ensures accurate loan processing, timely releases of proceeds, and strict adherence to policy and regulatory controls.

The position emphasizes customer information file management, end-of-day balancing, and daily reporting. The incumbent will work under Team Leaders to maintain accounting tickets and proper safekeeping of loan documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business or related course.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness of loan application requirements, balancing end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receives and process all loan application submits loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds of borrowers
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers
• Receives and answers inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day's transaction
• Handles record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets

• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders
